Tom Bell is an Associate Partner and Project Manager at ARTEKNA. As a project manager, Tom is responsible for the coordination of the project team in the production of design and construction documents from conceptual design through construction administration.

During his fourteen years of professional experience dedicated to healthcare facility design; he has managed a diverse range of teams and projects for clients such as Indiana University Health, Franciscan Health Indianapolis, Franciscan Health Crawfordsville, Franciscan Health Mooresville, Franciscan Health Carmel, Franciscan Health Dyer, Community Hospital Anderson, Indiana University, and Paris Community Hospital.

Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design degrees from Ball State University in 2007. Tom is a Licensed Architect in Indiana.
