Main Entrance         1994 30,000       Decatur County Memorial Hospital was originally designed in 1951 and was in need of facilities to accommodate increased outpatient services as a community hospital. Our design included a new emergency room, outpatient surgery, radiology, laboratory, and physical therapy. The new addition included a new entrance and planned for long-range concepts for the existing site to include physician offices, home health care and additional outreach programs for the citizens of Decatur County.
